Gift Certificates are a great way to give someone the experience of blacksmithing. Our gift certificates function like a gift card towards our blacksmithing classes. The minimum they are available for is $30 which covers one of our 1hr classes available during the day during the week. Our evening and weekend classes are $35hr. These experiences are a great way to give someone the chance to learn how to forge for the first time, or hone existing skills.
Our most popular class is our knife making class. It is $140 for the 4hr class, and it is a blast. In that class students learn how to safely design and forge their own blade. We go through all the steps of knife making just like the TV show Forged In Fire.
There are no age restrictions for any of our classes. For our younger students we do recommend they are 8yrs and older, but these are always a case by case basis. You know your kiddo and we dont. We have had several 5-6yr olds do very well in our classes.
